Sauvons les meubles
In post-production
Lucile (40) and Paul (30) reunite at their parents' home for the July 14th dance. There, they discover that their mother, Colette, is dying. Neither of them was aware of the advanced stage of her cancer. However, this lie hides another: their mother has stolen Lucile’s identity to take out consumer loans. Amid the chaos of over-indebtedness and the urgency of Colette's impending death, Lucile and Paul must say goodbye to their mother and preserve their memories. For Lucile, it is also about finding the path to forgiveness.

Catherine Cosme
Catherine Cosme is a film director, art director, and set designer for movies and theatre. She graduated in scenography from the La Cambre school in Brussels.
She works on scenography for Serge Aime Coulibaly, Maia Sandoz, and La Cambre SHOW.
She loves working for the cinema as much as the performing arts because both of them bring her inspiration.
As she observed directors working with actors, she progressively felt like writing and making her own films. “Les Amoureuses” (The Lovers) is her first movie. The film evokes the first love story, which is a bittersweet moment that no one forgets, especially when it happens at the end of summertime. Her second short movie, “Famille” (Family), produced by Helicotronc, is currently traveling to different festivals.
