Esser da Chasa
A short documentary by Ivo Zen
German writer Angelika Overath moved from the university town of Tübingen with her family eight years ago to the village of Sent, Graubünden. “We wanted to become habitants of the village; but what would the villagers think?" This is how Mrs. Overath describes her arrival in the Engadine. Over the years, she has participated enthusiastically in the life of the community, but the fact of not speaking Romansh sometimes created in her a feeling of exclusion.
Soon his youngest son will leave home and Overath will once again be faced with the question of affiliation.
